IAFF MERP participants (Actives & Retirees) have the opportunity each year to choose the investment for their Individual Account*. Selection Forms are due to the Trust Office within 30 days of the date of the Annual Investment Selection Period see the Active Participant of IAFF MERP with Individual Account or Eligible Retiree or Surviving Beneficiary of IAFF MERP with Individual Account letters for more information. Investment selection will be implemented on July 1, 2024 and will remain in place until the next annual investment selection period. *Not all participants will have an Individual Account. Individual Accounts are only established for participants whose bargaining agreements mandate an eligible lump sum transfer to the Plan.

You can view your current investment selection on the IAFF MERP web portal (SIMON login required) or by calling the Trust Office. No action is required if you are not changing your current investment selection.
